Ballsaal Studios The Ballsaal-Studios, founded in 2005 by the noted German Toningenieur, Peter Schmidt (“Black Pete”), is a ProTools mixing studio equipped with 48-channel Tonelux-technique for highest quality stereo and 5.1 mixes. Peter Schmidt has made it a point to not only to be involved in national and international mix-productions but also to support up and coming artists for the promotion of the independent German pop scene. The direct spacial connection to the Teldex recording studios enable flexiibility during large productions, both in recording as also in post-production. Peter Schmidt is the representative for Germany for the renowned mastering studio in New York, Sterling-Sound.
