Friedemann Engelbrecht
has been a producer of classical music with Teldec Classics and Teldex Studio since 1986. During this time, he has recorded some 250 CDs and DVDs for various labels. He has worked with many world renowned artists like Nikolaus Harnoncourt, Zubin Mehta, Janine Jansen or Arcadi Volodos and with such important Japanese artists as Hiroko Nakamura or Yutaka Sado.
As Managing Director of Teldex Studio he is responsible for the business end of the studio.
Tobias Lehmann
has been working as producer and sound engineer with well known orchestras, conductors and soloists for many years. Since 2002 he has also managed and produced our special recordings for film music scores. Because he refuses to distinguish between classical and non-classical music, his work is highly thought of by artists of every musical style and direction. Among the many prizes for his work have been Grammy awards in 2000, in 2002, and in 2011.
Martin Sauer
has been in classical production for the last 25 years and has brought out more that 400 audio and video productions. He has been awarded 6 Grammies and has received many other honors for his work. As well as being a Producer for harmonia mundi France, he is also producing for Teldex Studio, working with many labels and with conductors, orchestras, ensembles, soloists and singers.
After completing Music School at the HdK Berlin (now Universität der Künste), Dagmar Nissen first worked as a school and instrumental teacher. She soon turned to managing cultural activities, where she was involved in concert and event management, in the planning of events combining concert and dramaturgical elements, as well as in the conception of music-literary events. Dagmar worked for several years as Production Manager and Managing Director at the Berliner Kammeroper before she became Studio Manager at Teldex Studio Berlin in 2005.
René Möller has belonged to the Teldex team since 1999 (then Teldec Classics). He received his diploma in sound engineering in 2001 at approximately the same time as the founding of Teldex Studio and has been recording for Teldex since then with internationally known soloists, ensembles, orchestras and conductors.
Philipp Knop
received Tonmeister diplomas from studies in Berlin and Paris. In the area of classical music production he is involved in all technical and musical functions and has been active as Tonmeister and producer for several prize-winning CD, DVD, radio and TV productions in Germany and in other countries. Philipp has been with Teldec Classics and with Teldex Studio since 1998.
Julian Schwenkner MBA,
has completed Tonmeister and piano courses at the Universität der Künste Berlin. In addition, in 2007 he earned a master’s degree at the Open University Business School. For Teldex Studio he has been contributing to recordings and to postproduction of classical music since 2000.
Martin Litauer
is working as a freelance Tonmeister in Germany and in other countries and regularly undertakes recordings of soloists, chamber music ensembles and orchestras. Since completing his studies at the Universität der Künste Berlin in the summer of 2006, he has been closely associated with Teldex Studio.
Tom Rußbüldt
completed his studies at SAE Berlin. Since September 2008 he has worked with Teldex Studio as assistant engineer and ProTools operator.
Since April 2009 Peter Hemsing has been apprentice media designer for images and sound at Teldex Studio.
